- Orders ship from our warehouse every Monday and Tuesday.
- Perishable items will only ship via the 2-Day Priority option (except for orders in California, which will be shipped UPS Ground.
- Perishable items will only ship via the 2-Day Priority option during the months of Dec-Feb and June-Aug. All other months customers have the option to ship UPS 3-day.
- Orders shipping within the state of California will ship UPS Ground service.
- Shipping rates will be displayed after you have entered your address information.

i was raised in salinas california so i no a good artichoke when i get one . we moved to PA back in the 1980s and my family has been talking about how big the ones in cali where when we were growing up . the one you get back here in PA are so small . so i bought some jumbo artichokes for my sisters birthday an let me tell you they were the best artichokes we have had in years . my sister even framed the box they came in .thank you we will be buying them again.

Artichoke Dinner That Never Was!!!

I received a tracking status from FedEx saying my artichokes would be delivered May 3rd so I planned a dinner party for that evening. The artichokes never arrived that day, instead sitting in a local warehouse probably 100 degrees waiting for the next mornings truck!! Staus was "updated" when I called to inquire. The artichokes arrived the next day and, despite the many unusual brown spots, the product was its usual excellence in taste and texture. Like velvet.They just aren't as fresh as usual and certainly are not lasting as long in my refrigerartor.
