We are now taking orders that will ship out on Tuesday, April 21st. Please read the shipping information below before placing an order.
Important Shipping Information regarding our fresh artichokes:
- Orders ship from our warehouse every Tuesday and Wednesday (depending on availability and location).
- Orders placed after 8 am Pacific time on Monday will ship on Tuesday of the next week unless pre-orders are being taken for a specific date.
- Shipping rates will be displayed after you have entered your address information.
- As our artichokes are perishable, all food sales are final. Every artichoke is hand-picked in the morning and shipped out that same day in the afternoon to ensure freshness. Artichokes spoiled due to severe weather conditions are out of our control and it is up to the individual placing the order to check on weather conditions during the days the artichokes will be in transit and to select the appropriate UPS delivery option.

My very favorite food

I moved to Portland,OR, from SF....greatly missing California artichokes, especially those from Pezzini Farms. Used to stop there en route to/from Carmel. If I were in prison, awaiting my death, Pezzini Farms artichokes would be my request for my last meal...with Best Foods Mayo and a dash of curry. SO glad you are able to ship them again.

Discolored and Bitter

After reading the other reviews perhaps my order was not typical. I was expecting to get artichokes equal or better than the ones at the local grocery store. I am an ex-chef and do know what a fresh artichoke is. The ones I received were black in many areas and the stems were shriveled and dry.

This is not our first order from Pezzini Farms. Their artichokes never disappoint. Outstanding flavor and texture. They cook up extremely well. Way, way better than anything you will find in the local supermarket, unless you live near Monterey, CA. Will definitely order again.

We certainly enjoy artichoke season, when we can receive artichokes from Penzzi Farm. I call several times in the spring to check if you are shipping.
Last year was disastrous in our house when you did not ship them. Wisconsin just does not have the growing season, and the ones in grocery stores are not even worth buying them. -

My family and I LOVE artichokes! We live in Dallas and it’s a sorry sight to see what even the finest markets sell here! I LONG for the Castroville artichokes and what we have received from Pezzini Farms have been EXCELLENT to gobble up!
