Shipping

DELIVERY/SHIPPING POLICY:

Shipping is available to the continental US, Alaska and Hawaii. UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes. Please be aware it is up to the descretion of the delivery person in your area as to whether the package will be left at the door in the event no one is available to accept the package.

  • Orders ship from our warehouse every Monday and Tuesday.
  • Perishable items will only ship via the 2-Day Priority option (except for orders in California, which will be shipped UPS Ground).
  • Perishable items will only ship via the 2-Day Priority option during the months of Dec-Feb and June-Aug. All other months customers have the option to ship UPS 3-day.
  • Orders shipping within the state of California will ship UPS Ground service.
  • We will automatically upgrade all orders that contain perishable items to the 2-Day Priority prior to shipping.
  • Shipping rates will be displayed after you have entered your address information.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

 

RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS:

Because artichokes are a perishable product, there are no returns. Cancellations are acceptable within 48 hours of the ship out date, which would be the following Monday after your order is placed.


REFUND POLICY:

Shipping cost is refundable if there is an error on the part of UPS, they will not refund for delays caused by adverse weather conditions.
